A: Our adult size crutches are certified to withstand 270 pounds, and our extra-long
crutches will withstand 295 pounds.
Q: Do your products contain latex?
A: Our accessories are latex-free, except for the crutch tips, which contain dry natural rubber
which contains a natural form of latex but not the allergen-producing latex.
Q: Are your crutches heavy?
A: No, in fact, our medium crutch weighs 1.8 lbs, which is lighter than the average medium
aluminum crutch which weighs 2 lbs.
Q: What are the advantages of your crutches?
A: Our wooden crutches are stronger than the average aluminum crutches. They have been
tested at over 300 pounds, whereas some aluminum crutches have started bending at 150
pounds. Also the two bolts used in adjusting our crutches are far stronger and more stable
than the two ball bearings used in adjusting aluminum crutches. Our crutches also maintain
normal temperatures, not freezing in the winter or getting hot in the summer.
